Bai sach chrouk - pork and rice

It is the most popular street food in Cambodia which is sold early every morning. Simple but amazingly delicious, bai sach chrouk is made from thinly sliced pork grilled over warm coals and rice.

The sweetness and soft of pork and rice will lure your taste. To enhance the taste, Cambodians often put fried onion on top of pork. The aroma of fried onion will stay on the top of your tongue and make you unforgettable. There are also salad of carrot, cucumber and a bowl of chicken soup with scallion to fulfill your meals.
